Agreement

By downloading or using MemeMaid, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms are in addition to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

What MemeMaid Does

MemeMaid scans your camera roll to identify memes, organizes them with AI-generated tags, and provides search and collection features. The app reads your photo library but does not modify, delete, or redistribute your photos.

Your Content

You retain all rights to your photos and memes. MemeMaid does not claim ownership of any content in your camera roll or meme collection. We do not use your content for training AI models.

Tiers & Purchases

• Free — up to 100 memes, on-device AI tagging, OCR search, share extension.
• Full ($4.99 one-time) — unlimited memes, smart collections, and everything in Free.
• Pro ($2.99/month) — cloud-powered Gemini AI tagging, semantic search, and everything in Full.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy. Pro subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time in your Apple ID settings.

Pro Tier — Cloud Processing

Pro features send images from your meme collection to Google's Gemini API for advanced analysis. By enabling Pro features, you consent to this data transfer. You can disable Pro features at any time to return to fully on-device processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app to distribute illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent tier limits or purchase validation
• Abuse the Pro tier API by automating bulk image processing outside normal app usage

Disclaimers

MemeMaid is provided “as is.” AI classification is not perfect — memes may be misidentified, missed, or incorrectly tagged. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in meme detection or tagging.

We are not responsible for content in your camera roll or how you choose to share memes from your collection.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemeMaid and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
