Common Questions

How does the scan work?

MemeMaid uses on-device AI to scan your camera roll and identify memes. Your photos are analyzed locally on your phone and never leave your device. The free tier handles everything on-device; Pro unlocks deeper cloud-powered tagging.

Will it delete my photos?

No. MemeMaid only reads your photo library to find and organize memes. It never modifies, moves, or deletes your original photos.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open MemeMaid, go to Settings, and tap “Restore Purchases.” Your Pro subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find MemeMaid, and tap Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

The app isn't finding my memes

Make sure you've granted MemeMaid full photo library access in Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → MemeMaid → Full Access. A limited selection won't include enough images for a proper scan.
